Police have charged a 27-year-old man after a stabbing late Friday night.
Police say a group of tenants were drinking outside the courtyard of a Scarborough apartment building near Kingston Road and Warden Avenue when an argument erupted around 11:30 p.m.
One man left and came back with a kitchen knife and allegedly slashed another man in his stomach and arm, police said.
The 45-year-old victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
Police said the suspect is charged with two offences including assault with a weapon.
