Police have arrested a 16-year-old male after a 21-year-old man was stabbed in Brampton on Friday night.
It happened in front of a residence on Stirrup Court, in the Williams Parkway and Chinguacousy Road area, at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Peel Police said the man was stabbed after an altercation and taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
On Saturday, Peel Police said the victim was in stable condition and “going to recover.”
The minor was arrested around 4:00 a.m. Saturday in his residence “without incident,” police added.
He faces a weapons-related charge, a charge of breach of recognisance and a charge aggravated assault.
