Police have issued a country-wide murder warrant for a 19-year-old Toronto man, wanted in connection with a deadly shooting which occurred in the city's west end earlier this week.

The victim of the shooting has been identified as 17-year-old Mitchell Leton Celise. He was gunned down on Monday afternoon in the area near St. Clair West and Oakwood Avenues.

A police press release issued Saturday named Chael Mills, also known as "Ginga," as the subject of the warrant.

Mills is described as having a light black complexion with brown eyes, and the letters "BTTW" tattooed on his neck. Mills stands about six-feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Police say Mills should be considered armed and dangerous.

The shooting is Toronto's 14th homicide of the year.

Anyone with information about Mills' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS.
