A 70-year-old man was taken to hospital Saturday after being found at the bottom of his pool.
Police were called to a house on Alamosa Drive -- near the intersection of Finch Ave. and Leslie St. -- Saturday evening after the man was found by his wife, said Staff Sgt. Taylor of 33 Division.
The man's heart was not beating when paramedics arrived, according to Toronto EMS. He was resuscitated by paramedics and taken to North York General Hospital.
Police could not provide an update to his condition early Saturday evening.
