BURLINGTON, Ont. -- A 45-year-old man has been charged in connection with an alleged incident involving a teenaged girl at a Burlington, Ont., tanning salon.
Halton regional police say the incident is alleged to have occurred on Aug. 29 at the Bronze Beach Tanning Salon (on Brant Street) in the city west of Toronto.
They say a 16-year-old girl was working alone at the salon when a man came in and engaged her in conversation.
It's alleged the man convinced the girl to go into a tanning room where he inappropriately touched her.
A Hamilton man has been charged with sexual assault and is due in court Nov. 26.
