Twenty-two people were transported to hospital from the Digital Dreams Music Festival on Saturday night.
Toronto EMS said most of the patients were treated for drug- and alcohol-related illnesses. One person was in life-threatening condition and may have suffered a drug overdose, paramedics said.
Everyone hospitalized was under the age of 25.
Paramedics estimate about 29,000 people attended the concert at Ontario Place.
