Lanes on the Gardiner will be closed in several locations and Lake Shore Boulevard is experiencing a number of closures. Here's the full list of closures, diversions and expected delays:

Major routes and expressways:

Lanes on the Gardiner Expressway will be closed in several locations this weekend.

The westbound off-ramp from Sherbourne Street to Lake Shore Boulevard West will be closed for repairs to the Gardiner every day from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. until June 13.

Both the eastbound and westbound left lanes between Ellis Avenue and Dufferin Street are closed for construction every day from midnight to noon until July 21.

The left and right shoulders of the eastbound and westbound lanes between Park Lawn Road and Humber River are closed for construction every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until August 20.

Lake Shore Boulevard will also experience closures in a number of locations.

Westbound lanes between Strachan and Windermere avenues will be closed Saturday from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. for the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer.

The south curb lane of the Lake Shore eastbound will be closed from Palace Pier Court to Remembrance Drive on Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer.

Lanes in both directions are closed from Yonge Street to Windermere Avenue for road resurfacing until July 15. Westbound lanes are closed from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; eastbound lanes are closed from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

One lane is worked on at a time, and two lanes (one in each direction) are worked on as needed between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

One lane eastbound and one lane westbound will be closed at Leslie Street until August 31 for the TTC Leslie Street Connection Track Project.

The westbound passing lane is closed from Rees Street to Van De Water Crescent until next year for a tunnel installation project.

Closures for events:

Queen Street East will be closed from Broadview Avenue to Empire Avenue will be closed from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday for the Riverside Eats and Beats Streetfest.

Lake Shore Boulevard from Strachan Avenue to Windermere Avenue, and Windermere Avenue from Lake Shore Boulevard to the Queensway will be closed from 6 to 10 a.m. Saturday for the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. The Gardiner Expressway is an alternative route during this event.

Brenyon Way from Sewells Road to Sheppard Avenue East will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday for the Malvern Bike Classic.

Pape Avenue from Floyd Avenue to Cosburn Avenue will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday for the Pape Village Summerfest.

Palmerston Avenue will be closed from Dupont Street to Vermont Street on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for a neighbourhood street party.

St. Clair Avenue East will be closed from Welland Avenue to Hudson Street from 4 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, also for a neighbourhood street party.

Dundas Street West will be closed from Ossington Avenue to Lansdowne Avenue from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday for Dundas West Fest. College and Queen streets are available for alternative routes.

Bloor Street West will be closed from Spadina Avenue to Bathurst Street from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday for the Annex Festival on Bloor. College Street can be used as an alternative route.

Lansdowne Avenue will be closed from Bloor Street West to College Street in both directions from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday for Portugal Day. College Street can be used as an alternative route.

Wellington Street from Simcoe Street to John Street will be closed in both directions from 8:30 to 11 a.m. on Sunday for the Toronto Challenge Run. There will be other road closures for this event between the boundaries of Wellington Street, Spadina Avenue, Wellesley Street and Bay Street. Richmond and Adelaide streets are alternative options for east-west routes; Bathurst Street and University Avenue are alternative options for north-south routes.

A number of road closures will affect the areas bordered by Queen Street, College Street, Bay Street and University Avenue from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday for the Toronto Walk Now for Autism Speaks event.

Subways:

The Yonge-University-Spadina line will be closed between St. George and Bloor stations on Saturday and Sunday.

Shuttle buses will run south from St. George Station on University Avenue, east on King Street West and north on Yonge Street. Buses leaving from Bloor Station will head south on Yonge Street, west on Wellington Street West, and north on University Avenue.

Osgoode, St. Andrew, Queen, Dundas and Wellesley stations will remain open. Museum, Queen's Park, St. Patrick, Union, King and College stations will be closed for the weekend.

The Yonge-University-Spadina line is experiencing early closures between Eglinton and Finch stations until further notice for tunnel maintenance. Shuttle buses run until the usual end of service.

Other route diversions:

The intersection of Queen and Leslie streets is closed until June 21, diverting the 501 and 301 Queen streetcars in both directions.

502 and 503 buses will run between Kingston Road, Victoria Park Avenue and Church Street during weekday peak hours, and 501 buses will run between Queen Street East, Kingston Road and Church Street during off-peak hours and weekends.

Customers using public transit on Queen Street East must transfer between streetcars and replacement buses between Church Street and Broadview Avenue or east of Coxwell Avenue.

Track work is diverting the 501 and 301 Queen Street streetcars in both directions on between Church Street and Spadina Avenue. Stops on Queen Street West between Church and Spadina will not be served.

Customers transferring from the 501 streetcar to the Yonge subway must do so at King Station, and those transferring to the University subway must do so at St. Andrew Station.
