An arrest has been made after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in the city’s Bendale neighbourhood on Thursday.
Police say a 32-year-old woman was walking in the area of Midland Avenue and Ellesmere Road when a man walked passed her and sexually assaulted her.
The man then fled the area, investigators say.
On Thursday, 45-year-old Weijie Ma, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
