HAMILTON, Ont. - An 18-year-old Hamilton man faces a murder charge in the stabbing death of a another man whose body was found in the median of an expressway.
The bloodied body of Dustin Padvaiskas, 21, was found Monday morning on the centre median of Red Hill Valley Parkway.
Police allege Padvaiskas and the suspect knew each other and were involved in a fight that started on a trail near the parkway Sunday evening and moved to the roadway.
Drew Reid is charged with first-degree murder and is due in court today for a bail hearing.
Police say Padvaiskas was from the Niagara area and moved to Hamilton during the summer.
