BRANTFORD, Ont. - A man from Chatham, Ont., is due in court next month after police pulled over a vehicle going the wrong way on Highway 403 in Brant County.

Provinical police say an officer spotted a vehicle travelling east in the westbound lanes early today, just after midnight.

Police allege the driver showed signs of being impaired.

Ronald James Rose, 52, has been charged with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath sample.

Rose is scheduled to appear in court in Brantford on June 10.
