A man is in life-threatening condition in hospital after he was shot in the head in northwest Toronto Tuesday morning.
The shooting occurred in the driveway to an apartment building on Willowridge Road, near Eglinton Avenue West and Martin Grove Road, shortly before 1 a.m.
A Toronto EMS spokesperson said the victim, who is believed to be about 25 years old, was shot in the head and rushed to hospital in critical condition.
The victim was seated in a blue Honda Civic, and a 911 call was placed by his girlfriend. It appears the car's passenger side window was shot out.
Investigators are looking into the possibility that the shooter's face was covered, CP24's Cam Woolley reported.
Police are looking for at least one suspect, who they say was armed with a handgun.
