Man seriously injured from firework attack on campground

SAUBLE BEACH, Ont. - Police in Sauble Beach, Ont., are investigating after a man was attacked with a Roman candle Saturday night.

They allege someone launched the firework at a man at the North Sable Sands Campground.

The victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.

The incident is considered aggravated assault and mischief endangering life.
