TORONTO - Conan O'Brien brings his travelling roadshow to Toronto tonight as he winds down a celebrated music and comedy tour with one last Canadian stop.

The ousted "Tonight Show" host crosses the border with longtime sidekick Andy Richter, most of his late night talk show band and variations on some of his most famous TV comedy bits.

O'Brien's inglorious exit from NBC prevents him from using material from his tenure there, but reviews and online video postings from rabid fans have revealed a raucous love-in that still manages to get in a few sly digs at his former employers.

Performances south of the border have included celebrity cameos, among them Eddie Vedder in Seattle, Jim Carrey in Los Angeles, and actor John C. Reilly in Chicago.

Previous Canadian stops included Vancouver and Enoch, Alta.

The Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television tour runs through June 14.

This is the red-headed funnyman's second visit to Toronto.

In 2004, he brought his "Late Night" show to the city for a week of tapings that included a wrestling match between the CN Tower and Seattle Space Needle and a sightseeing tour with Kids in the Hall comic Scott Thompson.

O'Brien is slated to return to TV on Nov. 8 with an hour-long program that will air four nights a week on TBS.
