A Toronto pediatrician is being accused of sexually assaulting one of his patients.

Toronto police said Wednesday that the doctor is being accused of assaulting an eight-year-old boy on four separate occasions between September 2008 and December 2009.

The alleged assaults are said to have taken place at the doctor’s office on Ellesmere Road during scheduled appointments with the child.

Police arrested a 69-year-old suspect on Monday, charging him with sexual assault, sexual interference and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.

Investigators have released a photo of the suspect, saying they believe there could be other victims who have yet to come forward.

A suspect, identified as Toronto resident Rasiklal Morzaria, made a court appearance on Monday.
