An outstanding suspect identified last week in connection with the beating death of a 26-year-old Baltimore man outside a Little Italy bar earlier this month has turned himself in, police have confirmed.

Julian Jones was attending a bachelor party with a group of friends when he was attacked outside Blind Tiger, at 555 College St., at around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 5.

Police previously described the incident as a “completely unprovoked” assault.

Det. Rob North said Jones became separated from his friends inside the bar and was attacked by a group of men as he emerged outside.

He was repeatedly kicked and punched in the head by his attackers and was pronounced dead as paramedics loaded him into an ambulance.

Earlier this month, two suspects were charged with second-degree murder. A third suspect sought in connection with the fatal beating was identified by investigators last week.

In a media release issued Monday night, police confirmed that the suspect was now in custody.

“He surrendered with his lawyer to officers at 14 Division,” the update said.

Twenty-eight-year-old Andrew Christopher O’Brien has been charged with second-degree murder.

He will be appearing in court Tuesday morning, Const. Craig Brister told CP24 Monday night.
