Toronto police have released images of a suspect wanted in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a woman aboard a TTC bus in Scarborough.

The incident happened on Sunday, Oct. 2 at around 2:30 p.m. on a TTC bus near Staines Road and Warbler Circle.

The woman told police a man seated toward the back of the bus got up from his seat and sat directly behind her.

Police allege the man then pulled the chord, signaling the bus driver to stop, and sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing the bus.

Police describe the suspect as a man who is between 50 and 60 years old, approximately five-foot-six, 160 pounds with black hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a black and brown baseball hat with a “$” logo on the front and glasses.
