CHATHAM, Ont. -- A central Ontario man is facing an indecent act charge after an incident on Highway 401 in southwestern Ontario.
Provincial police say they received a complaint on Friday afternoon about a driver in the Chatham, Ont., area.
It's alleged he was driving erratically and exposing his genitals to another driver in the eastbound lanes of the highway.
Paul Fournier, 49, of Tiny Township is charged with indecent act in a public place.
He's to appear in court on February 25.
