Toronto police say they are trying to figure out what led to a 15-year-old boy sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg in north Etobicoke on Saturday evening.
Police say they were called to the area of Kipling Avenue and Mount Olive Drive sometime at 4:36 p.m. Saturday and found the boy suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg
Police say canine unit assisted in the search for suspects.
The victim was taken to Sick Kids Hospital in serious but non-life-threatening condition.
