Man dead in west-end industrial accident
The man, 35, was found unconscious and transported to Sunnybrook Hospital just after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

One person is dead following an industrial accident in Toronto’s west end Wednesday afternoon, Toronto Emergency Medical Services has confirmed.
Preliminary reports say that a man, believed to be in his 40s, was pinned under a forklift at a business on Rexdale Boulevard near Kipling Avenue shortly before 2:30 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are currently on scene. The Ministry of Labour is expected to investigate.
No information on the man’s identity has been released.
