A man is dead after falling from scaffolding in North York, Tuesday morning.
Toronto police said the man fell about 35 feet from scaffolding at a construction site on Fifeshire Road, near Bayview Avenue and Highway 401, at about 8:45 a.m.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene to find the man bleeding from his head. He was taken to hospital without vital signs.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead in hospital.
The Ministry of Labour says they have sent investigators to the scene, but could not comment further.
