GUELPH, Ont. -- An 18-year-old from Guelph, Ont. is facing charges after what police describe as a road rage incident.
They say the drivers of two cars got into a shouting match while driving on Paisley Road late yesterday morning.
Police say an object was thrown from one car at the other, prompting both drivers to pull over.
At that point, police allege the man began brandishing scissors at the other driver, who summoned police.
He is charged with weapons dangerous and breaching probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
