A 50-year-old man has died after colliding with a TTC bus in Scarborough, Toronto police said.
The crash happened at approximately 6:20 a.m. on Monday, on Morningside Drive just north of Sheppard Avenue.
Police said the 50-year-old was driving a 2002 Jaguar southbound on Morningside, when he collided with a TTC bus. The bus had pulled over and stopped on the street so the operator could change a route sign.
It is not yet known why the driver collided with the bus, but the man was pronounced dead on scene.
Police said he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
