A second man has been charged in the deaths of two teens who were fatally shot in Richmond Hill last year.

Premier Hoang, 18, and Brenda Pathammavong, 16, were shot shortly after midnight on Jan. 8, 2014. Their bodies were found inside a vehicle in a parking lot.

A third male was also injured, but was transported to hospital and survived the attack.

In May, police charged 24-year-old Timothy Doug-Hyun Lee with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder. They also issued a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Kevin Khang Pham, of Vancouver.

In a statement Friday, York Regional Police said Pham had been arrested in Vancouver on Wednesday. He will be brought back to Ontario to face the same charges as Lee.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with more information is asked to contact police at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 7865, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477 (TIPS).
