Police have called off an Amber Alert for two young brothers who were allegedly abducted from a Brampton, Ont. home on Friday.

Peel Police confirmed that they located the boys, ages nine and eight, just after 7 p.m. with their mother in New York State.

The boys were last seen in Ontario in a 2006 silver Dodge Caravan at approximately 11:20 a.m with their mother and two other unknown males.

The Dodge Caravan has not been recovered and the two males are still outstanding, said Const. Erin Cooper.

The first of the two unknown males is described by police as white, 6'2", with short brown hair and a goatee. The man was last seen wearing plaid shorts and sunglasses.

The second of the two unknown males is described as black, 5'10", with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and jeans.

Investigators say the boys were taken from a foster home in the Bramalea Road and Sandalwood Parkway East area.
