TRAFFIC
A section of the northbound Don Valley Parkway was closed from 4 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. as crews removed debris left over from a serious collision early Monday morning. The northbound DVP was closed from Bayview-Bloor to Don Mills Road.
As a result of the closure, there are major slowdowns along Highway 401 approaching the DVP in both directions.
Elsewhere, morning traffic is building along the usual routes into the city, with congestion building along the Gardiner Expressway between Parkside Drive and Bay Street.
