  • Schools
  • Toronto Public Library branches
  • Tourist attractions, including the CN Tower and the Toronto Zoo
  • Some museums, including Fort York and the Royal Ontario Museum
  • Most shopping malls
  • LCBO and Beer Store locations (opening at noon)
  • Grocery stores, pharmacies and convenience stores
  • Parks, Forestry and Recreation programs
  • Transit, though TTC vehicles will pause for two minutes at 11 a.m.
  • Garbage collection
