Health officials are once again warning the public about a measles outbreak.

Four new cases have been reported to Toronto Public Health in the last several days. All patients are adults between the age of 26 and 42.

They each also work or live in the downtown core near the city's financial district.

Nine cases have been reported since the beginning of March. The first case was detected in the Halton region.

Anyone who was born before 1970 and who hasn't had the measles is being urged to go to their doctor for a vaccine.

Health officials say it's not likely to get the measles twice.

To help prevent the outbreak from spreading, officials are contacting anyone who may have come into contact with the affected people.

The risk to the general public is low, officials say.
