Toronto police investigating after shooting victim walks into hospital with life-threatening injuries

Toronto police are investigating after a shooting victim walked into a hospital on Wednesday night.

Police say they were called to the area of Yorkdale Crescent and Jodphur Avenue, located north of Wilson Avenue, just after 9:10 p.m. for reports of gunshots.

Police say the victim has life-threatening injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting and suspect information are unknown at this time.

Officers are on the scene investigating, prompting road closures in the area.
