Six Toronto teenagers face a long list of charges after they robbed 25 students of cash, cell phones and MP3 players as they walked home from school.

The perpetrators, aged 13 to 17, began their crime spree last October, targeting high school students at Chaminade College School, near Jane Street and Wilson Avenue.

Police said arrested two of the suspects on Tuesday after undercover officers witnessed a student being robbed on Queens Drive at about 3 p.m.

The culprits were apprehended after brief foot chase through a ravine.

Four more suspects were arrested on Wednesday.

Victims said the attacks were violent.

"They threatened me, they wanted to beat me up and they were threatening to kill me," one unidentified student told CTV News.

"They just waited for the small people and took whatever they had," said another.

School principal Mike Wallace is urging his students again to leave their electronic gadgets at home.

"We're going to advise our student body, as we did earlier, that MP3 players and iPods and these things make you a target for street crime," he said.

"I think that's not just here, it's probably everywhere across the city."

The suspects, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, are facing charges of robbery possessing dangerous weapons.
