221 GLENDALE AVENUE - Niagara Region police are searching for two suspects who dragged a man from his car this morning in a St. Catharines parking lot.
It happened at about 12:30 a.m. after the victim and his friend went to their respective cars after catching at movie at the Pen Centre mall.
Police say as the victim was in his car preparing to leave, the suspects began to bang on the driver's door glass with their hands.
The door glass shattered and the suspects opened the door and pulled the victim from his car and began to repeatedly punch him.
A passerby called police on a cellphone, but the suspects had fled on foot by the time officers arrived.
The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for a cut to his head.
