Toronto police have issue a public safety alert after a 13-year-old girl was approached twice by the same suspicious man in two days.
The girl was first approached at about 4 p.m. on Monday while walking in the Danforth Avenue and Main Street area.
A man in a car honked at the teenager and motioned for her to come to his vehicle, but she ran away, police said.
The girl saw the same man at about 8:30 a.m. the next morning while walking to school. She told school officials of the incident.
The suspect is described as:
- Black;
- Between 30 and 40 years old; with
- Short hair.
He was driving an older model, white, four-door car.
