Police are searching for a suspect after two different banks were robbed on Friday.
The robberies happened within 15 minutes of each other. Police say a TD Canada Trust branch on Yonge Street, near Bedford Park Avenue, and a Bank of Montreal branch on Avenue Road, near Fairlawn Avenue, were robbed.
The same suspect is believed to have robbed both banks. Police say a silver gun was used in both incidents.
Police have not released a description of the suspect.
