Man stabbed in Toronto's Oakwood Village neighbourhood: police

A stabbing in Toronto’s Oakwood Village neighbourhood has left one man seriously injured, police say.

In a post on social media, police said the stabbing happened at around 1:12 a.m. in the area of St. Clair Avenue West and Glenholme Avenue, near Oakwood Avenue.

A man is his 30s was found at the scene suffering from stab wounds and was rushed to a trauma centre in critical condition.

Police later confirmed that his injuries are now believed to be non-life-threatening.

Investigators have not released any information on possible suspects.
