One man was taken to hospital and several others were injured following a serious traffic collision in Oshawa Wednesday morning.
Durham Regional Police said the two-car crash happened shortly before noon at the intersection of Rossland and Ritson Roads.
One man was left trapped inside one of the vehicles for several minutes following the crash. Emergency crews managed to extricate him from the wreckage and transported him to hospital.
As many as four other people were treated for injuries at the scene. None of the injuries are considered life threatening.
