The living dead are expected to descend on the downtown core today as the city plays host to the 11th annual Toronto Zombie Walk.
The event gets underway at 12 p.m. at Nathan Phillips Square with a Halloween market and costume contest.
The walk itself will then begin at 3 p.m.
The route will take participants north along Bay Street, east along Grenville Street, south on Yonge Street and then west along Queen Street and back to Nathan Phillips Square.
The walk will raise money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
