TORONTO -- Hydro One crews hope to restore power today to most of the customers who have been without electricity since high winds swept across the province Thursday morning.
The utility says fewer than 2,000 homes and businesses are now without power.
At its peak, the outage affected nearly 100,000 customers on Christmas Eve.
Hydro One says it has thrown all available resources into getting the lights back on.
