TORONTO - Human remains have been found near a water treatment plant in a marshy area in a southwest Toronto park.
Police say a passer-by discovered the body in South Humber Park on Thursday afternoon and immediately called 911.
It's not known if the remains are those of a man or a woman but police say they may have been in the area for months.
Police also can't say what the cause of death is.
