TORONTO - Toronto residents still reeling from the G20 weekend will have a chance to vent at a town hall meeting Thursday night.

Two coalition groups concerned with human rights and police relations are hosting the event at a downtown community centre.

The event has been organized to give people an opportunity to debrief and talk about what happened.

Summit protests during the G20 summit led to about 1,000 arrests, as well as smashed windows and torched police cruisers.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty said Wednesday the city is scarred by the experience of hosting the gathering of world leaders.

He said he'd rather not see another G20 summit in Toronto.
