TORONTO - Durham Regional Police have issued an Amber Alert for two girls in Ontario.

Police are asking the public to help them find 12-year-old Gabrielle Hall and 13-year-old Rachel Hall.

They say the girls are believed to have been abducted by 46-year-old Denise Hall, and could be heading for Florida.

Both girls have brown skin, slim builds and black hair.

Gabrielle Hall has side bangs, acne, a very large gap between her front teeth and is described as someone who cuts herself. Police say she has expressed suicidal thoughts within the past week and is waiting to see a psychiatrist.

Rachel Hall has slightly protruding front teeth as a result of sucking her fingers, hair extensions below the neck line and is possibly wearing shorts and a white flower in her hair.

Officials say they believe the girls are with Denise Hall, who has a skinny build, short black hair, brown eyes with hazel contacts and dark brown skin.

They say the group could be travelling to Florida in a brown SUV which is in good condition and possibly has a black roof rack.
