WINDSOR, Ont. - A coroner's jury examining the November 2005 murder of Windsor, Ont., nurse Lori Dupont will deliver its findings today.

Dupont was stabbed to death by anesthesiologist Marc Daniel at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital, where they both worked.

They had been romantically involved, but their relationship ended in February 2005, around the time Daniel first attempted suicide.

After killing Dupont, Daniel injected himself with a fatal dose of anesthetic and died a few days later without regaining consciousness.

The jury's recommendations will be aimed at preventing a similar tragedy from happening.

Closing arguments were presented Dec. 3.
