A teenaged boy is facing charges after several break-ins at a pharmacy in Schomberg.

The first one occurred on Oct. 31 at the pharmacy on Highway. 27, south of Highway 9. There was an attempted break-in at that location on Nov. 4, according to police.

Around 10:20 a.m. on Nov. 5, police were called when someone reported seeing a suspect wearing a balaclava, trying to break into the same pharmacy. The suspect fled on foot, but was later located by officers.

A 17-year-old boy is now facing seven charges, including two counts of breaking-and-entering with intent, disguise with intent and possessing break-in instruments.
