GUELPH, Ont. - Provincial police divers have recovered the body of a canoeist who disappeared over the weekend in Puslinch Lake, south of Guelph, Ont.

The body of Lee M. Roe, 37, of Cambridge, Ont., was recovered today about 50 metres offshore.

Cottagers spotted a canoe floating on the lake on Sunday and contacted police.
