BARRIE, Ont. - Police in Barrie, Ont., say a man has lost his car for more than a month following a traffic stop early this morning.

Police say a vehicle was pulled over at 1:45 a.m. after being clocked at nearly 100 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.

Officers believed the driver was "very intoxicated" and say he registered readings of more then double the legal alcohol limit.

His licence was suspended for 90 days and police say the same man had been arrested in November 2011 for impaired driving.

His vehicle was seized by police for 45 days for the second offence.
