A family of baby ducklings have been reunited with their mother after falling through a sewer grate while waddling across the street.
York Regional Police tweeted a photo of the rescue on Monday night. Police say around seven ducklings became trapped at around 6:30 p.m. near Yonge Street and Old Colony Road. They say the young birds were with walking across the street with their mother when they fell.
Police say the baby ducks are in good health.
