A pedestrian struck by a TTC bus near Bloor and Jane Streets Monday morning is expected to survive, according to Toronto police.

Police say the woman, who has not been identified, is conscious and breathing. She was not trapped under the bus, as earlier reports suggested.

The collision occurred at Bloor Street West and Armadale Avenue, just east of Jane Street.

Two other pedestrians, both teen girls, suffered minor injuries Monday morning in a separate collision near Victoria Park Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East.

The girls, ages 15 and 16, were hit by a car around 9 a.m. One suffered injuries to the head, the other to the leg. Both are expected to recover.
