Toronto police say two people have been injured in a shooting in Scarborough.
Officers were called to the area of Lawrence Avenue East and Orton Park Road, west of Kingston Road, at around 7:20 p.m. for reports of the sound of gunshots.
Police said they located two people with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The victims have been taken to the hospital.
There is no suspect information available, but police said a light-coloured vehicle was seen fleeing the area.
