Two suspects have been arrested after a male was stabbed aboard a subway train in the area of Kennedy Station on Saturday night.
Toronto Police said they were called to Kennedy Station at about 7:40 p.m. for a report of a stabbing.
They arrived to find a male in his late teens reportedly suffering from stab wounds to the chest aboard a stopped train.
He was taken to a hospital trauma centre in serious but stable condition, paramedics said.
Police searched the train and located two suspects who were then taken into custody.
Subway service is suspended on Line 3 between Warden and Kennedy stations due to the investigation. Shuttle buses are operating.
