A lawyer facing charges in connection with multiple sexual assaults targeting girls in Midtown Toronto earlier this fall is now facing a charge in connection with an alleged incident aboard a subway train more than two years ago.

It took place at Bloor Station on June 23, 2014.

According to police, a man committed an indecent act. Further details were not provided.

A suspect was arrested Wednesday in connection with the case, police said Thursday afternoon.

Toronto police Const. Victor Kwong confirmed that the 32-year-old suspect is the same man facing four counts of sexual assault in connection with alleged incident that occurred between Sept. 12 and Sept. 16 in the Yonge and Eglinton area and at Bloor-Yonge Station.

The alleged victims were between 14 and 16 years old.

Kwong said the release of the suspect’s image in connection with the sex assault charges lead to the latest charge being laid.

Francois (Frank) LeSieur is charged with committing an indecent act.

He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 14.
