Three people have been arrested and charged after a bust led to the seizure of drugs provincial police say are worth approximately $400,000.

On Thursday, officers raided a home on Ann Louise Crescent in Markham, and a second on Peard Road in East York, Ontario Provincial Police said in a statement Monday. The exact addresses have not been provided.

Inside the homes, police found heroin, cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy and hashish. Police said the value of the drugs was estimated at more than $400,000.

A 2009 Ford F150 pickup truck and drug paraphernalia and packaging were also seized.

As a result of the investigation, three men face a total of 22 drug- and gun-related charges.
