A man in his 30s was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre Wednesday after being struck by a dump truck in Toronto's Beach area.
Emergency workers said the man, who was unconscious at the scene, suffered major head injuries.
Queen Street East between Lee and Wineva Avenues has been closed.
